I recently stayed at a guesthouse in Ao Nang and had a great experience. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities I needed, including hot water in the shower. The balcony was a nice bonus, offering a space to relax and dry my clothes. The location was incredibly central, with plenty of food options nearby and a quick walk to the beach. The host was very accommodating and even helped me with my next travel plans and transportation options. I had a comfortable and convenient stay at Seaworld Guesthouse.

Everything except location was poor. It is a guesthouse that is run down. You get to pay 1500 baht for a room, that is worth 200 baht at best. Nothing has been done to make the place look better. Not even a fresh coat of paint or anything. Completely run down.

As I was staying as a solo occupant in a double room, the owner gave me my breakfasts for free to make up for the price. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and made my stay there better. Also being close to the mainstrip it was easy to get to and from, which was great when coming back from a late night.

The rooms are clean and come with a balcony to relax on. The spacious bathroom and hot water shower are definitely a plus. The staff is accommodating and helpful with travel arrangements.

The alternative hotel we were moved to for the first night didn't meet the same standards, with an uncomfortable bed and lack of amenities.

Room standard and bathroom was not clean and shower terrible. Also the when we booked the hotel page said WiFi throughout the hotel which is untrue. There was no connection and the WiFi belonged to the Irish bar next door hence we could not pick up the signal

I like nothing about this hotel the lady who owns it is so rude. I asked her about the safety deposit box she said come back later I'm eating, then she pushed a piece of paper in front of me and said sign in and then she walked off. After about 10 minutes waiting at the front desk for her to return I left as she didnt come back. I returned later on and she started shouting at me because I hadn't paid even though I had waited for her to return previously so I could pay. She also tried to charge me 400bht a night for Internet even though it said its free when booking the room online. In the bathroom there was a big air vent where you could hear everyone else in their rooms as well as the smell of cigarettes. There was also a smell every now and then of sewage coming from the bathroom.

The value for money at Seaworld Guesthouse was unbeatable, we got more than we expected. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the sea. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the staff treated us like family, making us feel welcome and cared for.

The food for breakfast could use improvement, maybe adding a wider variety of choices would be nice.

the only good thins about the hotel is its location - just some 7 min walk to the beach. The room was small and quite old, but still with A/C and hot water.

The worst thing is that the hotel was veeery noisy - staff started running the stairs and talking to each other very loudly early in the morning so that it was no possible to sleep. The staff speaks English very badly

stayed at a different place last time in ao nang, but seabreeze guesthouse was so much better! staff was kind and helpful, room was clean with a stunning ocean view. loved the free coffee and fruits in the morning. perfect location near the beach, restaurants, and boats to railay and phrangna.

The location of the guesthouse is perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and only a short 2-minute walk to the beach. the rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, a mini fridge, and a TV with English channels.

The wifi signal in the guesthouse is weak, which may be inconvenient for those who rely heavily on internet access.

I recently stayed at Seaworld Guesthouse for a week-long vacation. The location was fantastic, with easy access to everything. The room was clean and had a stunning view of the sea from the big balcony. The hot water in the shower was available all day long, and the provided fan and AC kept the room cool. Mrs. Pong, who runs the place, was incredibly helpful and even assisted us in planning our itinerary and getting discounted tickets.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The staff were friendly and always available to help. They provided free instant coffee and fruits in the morning, which was a nice touch. The rooms were spacious, with big bathrooms and a great view of the ocean from the balcony. The location was perfect, close to the beach, 7/11, restaurants, and the long-tail boats to nearby beaches. It made it convenient to explore the area.

Upon arrival, there was a mix-up with the room I had booked. The beds were uncomfortable and took up most of the space.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The receptionist even drove me to the hospital and stayed with me the whole time when I wasn't feeling well. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the sea. The location was perfect, with restaurants, shops, and the riverfront nearby. They provided complimentary coffee, water, and fruit, and were always willing to help with arranging bus tickets and onward travel. Excellent value for money too.

Felt so well looked after, everything was taken care of.
